We appreciate your interest in our website and our services. Innoviduum respects the privacy of its users. We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and will only use and process them in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and laws. Below we provide detailed information on the handling of personal and non-personal data. In these data protection provisions, we would like to provide you with information about us, the type, scope and purpose of data collection and use, and provide you with insights into the processing of your personal data.

What data we store and process

We store and process directly or indirectly the following categories of personal data about you:

Identity and contact information: Name (first and last name), date of birth, e-mail address, gender, profile picture, social media identification, and information shared with us through your Facebook or Google Account. We use this information to verify your identity. However, we will only do this if you sign in via facebook or Google.

Purchase information: Delivery and billing address, e-mail address, payment service provider, duration of your Innoviduum subscription, price, currency, VAT. (based on country-specific information). We use payment service providers to process payments. Even if we do not store credit card information ourselves, we do store a payment number that is assigned by the respective service provider (e.g. PayPal) and that can be assigned to you. We use this information to process your payments.

Usage statistics: We collect and process data that you provide to us in the course of using the services, in particular information about your abilities, interests, personality traits and values and how you assess their characteristics. Data which you have received from other persons as feedback will also be stored and processed. We will not pass on data that can be clearly assigned to you to third parties. We only share data if it is presented anonymously and/or aggregated and an assignment is no longer possible (aggregation of data records of several users for statistical evaluations).

How long we save the data

We store your data as long as you have an account with us. Your personal account allows you to manage, correct or delete your data yourself. You can also request us to delete your data. Please contact us at for this purpose. If your account is deleted by you or by us at your request, all data will also be irrevocably deleted. In addition, we only store data when required by law (warranty, statute of limitations or retention periods) or otherwise.

Reason for data processing

We process your data in order to enable you to use our products smoothly. In particular, we need the data in order to administer your account, to provide customer service, to send you relevant messages and to offer and continuously improve the SERVICES.


By using our site or our web application TalentLoop or TalentCoach, you agree to our privacy policy. You can find our general terms and conditions here. If it is possible to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses) within our offers, the disclosure of this data by the user is expressly on a voluntary basis. The use and payment of all offered services are permitted - if and so far technically possible and reasonable - without specification of any personal data or under specification of anonymized data or an alias. Data that are recorded by Innoviduum are private by default. The contents and information that you upload, save or create via our SERVICES are not publicly visible unless you expressly decide to share them or publish them (via social networks). We use your personal information to communicate with you. If you register with Innoviduum and enter your e-mail address, you agree that Innoviduum will inform you by e-mail if you have received feedback or if there is relevant information such as new functions for you.


To register with Innoviduum and use the offers, you must either create an Innoviduum account or log in using your Facebook or Google account. When creating an account at Innoviduum you will be asked to provide certain personal data. You may be asked for your first name, surname, e-mail address, gender, date of birth or occupation. In your profile you can change or delete your data at any time.

Registration via Facebook-Connect or Google account

We offer you the possibility to register for our service with Facebook-Connect or Google. An additional registration is therefore not necessary. To register you will be redirected to the Facebook or Google page, where you can log in with your usage data. This gives us the opportunity to retrieve data from your Facebook or Google profile. However, we do not forward any data to facebook or Google. If you set up an Innoviduum account via a social network login, we will use the following information: Facebook Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, "Google"): Username, e-mail address, profile picture This information is required to complete the contract in order to identify you. By confirming this privacy policy, you agree that Facebook-Connect or Google will automatically transmit data to Innoviduum and subsequently use it. Some areas of the Innoviduum website use 'cookies' - small text files that are stored on the user's computer by the Internet browser. These are used by Innoviduum to provide a more user-friendly, efficient and secure service. Cookies are also used to allow Innoviduum to identify the user's browser and to provide the user with various services. Cookies do not contain any information to identify the user.

Privacy statement for the use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google in advance within Member States of the European Union or in other Contracting States to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Your rights regarding the processing of your personal data

You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. After such a revocation we will stop processing your personal data, unless the processing of your data is also permitted without your consent, for example if we are subject to a legal obligation or have a legitimate interest in it. Please note that such a revocation does not affect the legality of the processing of your data on the basis of your consent the time before the revocation. You have the right to demand access to your personal data from Innoviduum, to correct or delete them or to restrict the processing of your personal data or to object to such processing; your personal account enables you to manage, correct or delete your data yourself.


The use of published postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers and e-mail addresses for marketing purposes is prohibited, offenders sending unwanted spam messages will be punished. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action against senders of so-called spam mails who violate this prohibition.

Changes in the data protection regulations

If Innoviduum determines to change the data protection regulations, these will be published on this page. The regulations were last updated on September 23, 2019. If we make any material changes that you need to be aware of, we will notify you immediately.
